At Cressi 1946, we stand by the quality of our Italian-crafted diving and swimming gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
